    Save your money / bad customer service/ no refund or replacement

    I bought two of these jackets one was green and other is black, the black one i had on one time and noticed tearing in the arms and on the lower section of the jacket. I've reached out to 32 and never get a response back, no customer service number on the site and the auto reply from the email says that they're 4 to 5 days out from responding. I sent them several emails only one time I got response back, requesting that I draw an x through the interior tags of the and send them a photo. No response after that, radio silence and it's been over 3 weeks, I paid full price and now everything is half off. Buy something Burton. If I could give you this company and this jacket 0 stars , I would! Very very frustrating.

    Love the coat but…..

    Unfortunately it’s had all kinds of issues. Buttons falling off, seems coming apart, little tear from almost nothing. Style is dope but quality of construction and material is poor. Make it as well as your boots please. 🙏🏽
