I am really unhappy with your marketing of the TM-2 (which made me buy it). Looking at Scotty Stevens riding style I can see why he picks those boots. No questions there. But marketing them as do-it-all boots ("most versatile" and "any riding style") is definitely misleading.
Lets start with the good things. This is a good stiff park and street boot, where you want to feel a lot through your soles, and also works well for a surfy feel in powder. I had no problems there. But any all mountain category? Anything where you need response? Hell no. When the snow gets hard (or icy) and/or the terrain gets steep, and/or you want to pick up speed, or wherever you need instant control these outsoles let you feel everything but bring no response or power to the board when you try to steer. The stiff liner couteracts this in some way and helps to get some control, but at the end of the day my foot just cramps because of all the work needed. What makes this worse is the footbed. The design gives not enough friction and lets my foot slide (I kind of understand now why I often read that people exchange their soles in snowboard boots. Never felt this before). Looking at the outsole, I guess that the TM-2 XLT Helgason or TM-2 XLT diggers (maybe also lashed diggers) could work better for me and I regret not buying these instead.

This is maybe my third pair of TM Two boots and I am always satisfied with these boots, I do change the insoles but it is a great boot for I like to do
