Yes, ALL the boots we sell are vegan…as well as every other boot we EVER made in the past 21 years.
*In the 2017/2018 collection we have 2 exceptions; the Lashed Premium for men's and women's.*
All our boots are heat moldable. You can take your boots to an authorized ThirtyTwo dealer to have them heat molded or any local snowboard shop. Some shops may charge a fee to heat mold your boots. We do not do any heat molding at our ThirtyTwo headquarters, please do not send your boots in.
Yes, we have replacement parts for all kinds of boots. Please contact onlinestore@thirtytwo.eu with as much info as possible + some photo's and we will do our best to help you out. If you need help re-lacing your boots, please take them to an authorized ThirtyTwo dealer or any local snowboard shop and they should be able to help you. We do not do any re-lacing at our ThirtyTwo headquarters. Please do not send them to our office to be re-laced.
