Depending on your shipping address, you can expect your products to be delivered to you earliest the next day, up to several days.
Shipping within the European Union is free for orders over EUR €320, otherwise orders are subject to the standard rates below. Duties charged by customs of non EU countries (like for example Norway and Switzerland) are for your own account.

We currently ship directly to addresses in the United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland.. Unfortunately the Channel Islands, Norway, Malta, Madeira, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, La Reunion Islands and Mayotte) and the Canary Islands are outside our shipping region. We do not ship to any countries outside the available site regions, though we hope to offer this in the future.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship any orders to military address or PO boxes, our apologies.
If you are not home to receive your packages, UPS may deliver them to a nearby UPS AccessPoint to pick up later - often on the same day. All UPS AccessPoints are pre-approved by UPS to ensure your package will be safe. They are also equipped with the latest UPS technology so that you can be sure to get your package quickly and conveniently. An officially recognized or government-issued ID is required when picking up packages.
When there’s no UPS AccessPoint available in your region, UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. You can reschedule the delivery by using the tracking code on the UPS website. After the 3rd attempt the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Yes! After placing your order, it will be processed by our warehouse. As soon as you order leaves our warehouse you can track your shipment via My Account. If you do not have an account, you can use the TRACK link from the shipping-confirmation email. This link will send you to the UPS website.
Be careful when entering your delivery address! If your order cannot be delivered it will be sent back to our warehouse.
