WARRANTY PROGRAM

ThirtyTwo guarantees all products sold by a ThirtyTwo Authorized Dealer to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship for a limited period from the date of purchase.

 

IMPORTANT - ALL POTENTIAL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST MEET THIS CRITERIA:

1. Product must be within the warranty period. See below for the warranty period for each product category.

2. All claims must include a proof of purchase that clearly identifies the Dealer and purchase date. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, ThirtyTwo will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period.

3. Warranties apply only to ThirtyTwo products purchased from Authorized ThirtyTwo Dealers and are valid for the original buyer only. Please carefully read our warranty documentation to verify your product is eligible for warranty consideration.

 

WARRANTY PERIOD:

ThirtyTwo offers a 1 year Warranty Policy on all boots and outerwear purchased from our online store and point of purchase as well. Each warranty issue is case by case and varies by product.

The warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing. ThirtyTwo products are not covered by any verbal warranties.

 Wear and tear

Nothing lasts forever, even though we wish it could! Products exposed to the elements and used frequently can show wear and tear faster than those used less frequently. Your product may simply have reached the end of its lifetime.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION:

The warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing. ThirtyTwo products are not covered by any verbal warranties. 

  •     Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).

  •     Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

  •     Damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

  •     Sizing (we recommend making sure your boots fit before you hit the mountain)

 

WARRANTY REQUEST PROCESS:

Please note that warranty procedures vary based on where your ThirtyTwo product was purchased. See below for details.

PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM AUTHORIZED THIRTYTWO DEALER: Defective product purchased from a ThirtyTwo Dealer must be returned to the point of purchase. The Dealer will submit your warranty claim and arrange replacement or refund if claim is accepted.

For products purchased on eu.thirtytwo.com please contact onlinestore@thirtytwo.eu with the order number, products and reason why you want to return it.

In order to return your item(s) successfully, please follow the easy steps listed below. 

Return Instructions:

  1.     Print the Return Form (Please contact CS to obtain a Return Form)
  2.     Place the items in the box (in the original package if possible)
  3.     Place page 1 from the Return Form in the box and page 2 on the outside.
  4.     Ship the box to the following address, please keep any tracking information!
