WARRANTY PROGRAM

ThirtyTwo guarantees all products sold by a ThirtyTwo Authorized Dealer to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship for a limited period from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY REQUEST PROCESS

Please note that warranty procedures vary based on where your ThirtyTwo product was purchased. See below for details.

• Product purchased from an Authorized ThirtyTwo Dealer: Defective products purchased from a ThirtyTwo Dealer must be returned to the point of purchase. The Dealer will submit your warranty claim and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is accepted.
• Product purchased on eu.thirtytwo.com: Please fill out our online warranty form with your order number, the products concerned, and images of the issue.
• Product purchased on eBay, Craigslist, etc.: Sorry, products purchased online from non-authorized ThirtyTwo dealers are not covered by warranty. If the eBay or Craigslist seller you bought the item from is an official Dealer, please contact them to handle your claim.

Return Instructions:

1. Print the Return Form (please contact our Rider Service to obtain a Return Form).
2. Place the items in the box (in their original packaging if possible).
3. Place page 1 of the Return Form inside the box and page 2 on the outside.
4. Ship the box to the address provided, and please keep any tracking information!

IMPORTANT – ALL POTENTIAL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST MEET THIS CRITERIA

1. The product must be within the warranty period. See below for the warranty period for each product category.
2. All claims must include a proof of purchase that clearly identifies the Dealer and the purchase date. If a proof of purchase cannot be provided, ThirtyTwo will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period.
3. Warranties apply only to ThirtyTwo products purchased from Authorized ThirtyTwo Dealers and are valid for the original buyer only. Please read our warranty documentation carefully to verify that your product is eligible for warranty consideration.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Boots & Bindings: ThirtyTwo guarantees all boots and bindings to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years, or the minimum legal period in the country of purchase, from the original date of purchase at a ThirtyTwo Authorized Dealer.

Snowboards: ThirtyTwo guarantees all snowboards to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of [TO CONFIRM: e.g. one (1) year], or the minimum legal period in the country of purchase, from the original date of purchase at a ThirtyTwo Authorized Dealer.

Clothing, Bags & Accessories: ThirtyTwo guarantees all apparel and accessories to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years, or the minimum legal period in the country of purchase, from the original date of purchase at a ThirtyTwo Authorized Dealer.

Each warranty issue is handled on a case-by-case basis and varies by product.

LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

The warranty is subject to the following limitations, in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing. ThirtyTwo products are not covered by any verbal warranties.

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage caused by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.).
• Damage caused by misuse or by activities other than the product's intended purpose.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, or products that have exceeded their reasonable lifetime.
• Sizing (we recommend making sure your boots fit before you hit the mountain).

Wear and Tear

Nothing lasts forever, even though we wish it could! Products exposed to the elements and used frequently can show wear and tear faster than those used less often. Your product may simply have reached the end of its lifetime.

BOOT LIMITED WARRANTY

Boot damage NOT covered by warranty:

• Material abrasion from normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by a snowboard edge (including resting the board edge on the boot while riding chairlifts).
• Scratches, chips, and/or indentations in the boots from the bindings or other sources.
• Impact damage, such as from rocks, stumps, rails, terrain, etc.
• Any damage caused by, related to, or resulting from modifications made after purchase and not authorized by ThirtyTwo.
• Graphic fading, discoloration, or other aesthetic blemishes that do not impair performance.
• Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings.
• Damage incurred in shipping.
• Damage caused by the use of solvents or adhesives.
• Damage and/or excessive wear from the use of snowmobiles.
• Damage caused by excessive and continuous heat and/or water.

BINDINGS LIMITED WARRANTY

Binding damage NOT covered by warranty:

• Impact damage, such as from rocks, stumps, rails, terrain, or the board edge.
• Damage caused by improper mounting, setup, or adjustment on the snowboard.
• Normal wear and tear of straps, ratchets, buckles, footbeds, or highbacks from regular use.
• Damage resulting from continuing to ride on a worn, cracked, or already-damaged component.
• Scratches, chips, discoloration, or other aesthetic blemishes that do not impair performance.
• Any damage caused by, related to, or resulting from modifications made after purchase and not authorized by ThirtyTwo.
• Damage caused by excessive and continuous heat and/or water.
• Damage incurred in shipping.

SNOWBOARD LIMITED WARRANTY

Snowboard damage NOT covered by warranty:

• Base, edge, or topsheet damage caused by impact with rocks, rails, boxes, or other obstacles.
• Edge rust or corrosion resulting from failure to dry and store the board properly.
• Delamination or core damage caused by impact, abuse, or riding beyond the product's intended use.
• Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings, or by using incorrect mounting hardware.
• Base or edge damage resulting from improper tuning, waxing, or repair.
• Normal wear and tear, including base and edge wear from regular riding.
• Graphic fading, discoloration, or other aesthetic blemishes that do not affect performance.
• Any damage caused by, related to, or resulting from modifications made after purchase and not authorized by ThirtyTwo.
• Damage caused by improper storage, or by excessive and continuous heat and/or moisture.
• Damage incurred in shipping.

OUTERWEAR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Outerwear damage NOT covered by warranty:

• Any intentional damage, or unintentional damage caused by the rider's carelessness, abuse, misuse, accident, or neglect.
• Impact damage, such as from rocks, a snowboard/split/ski edge cut, crampons, ice axes, poles, lifts, stumps, rails, etc.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Stains.
• Any damage caused by, related to, or resulting from modifications made after purchase and not authorized by ThirtyTwo.
• Graphic fading, fading colors, discoloration, or other aesthetic blemishes that do not affect the product's functionality.
• Abrasion.
• Damage incurred in shipping.
• Packed-out insulation.
• Items bought used.
• Loss of waterproof coatings or treatments.
• Discoloration, shrinking, or pilling caused by failure to follow our washing instructions.
• Use of bleaches or wash additives, dry cleaning, over-drying, and/or failure to wash the product properly.

BOA® FIT SYSTEM

The BOA® Fit System is tested rigorously in the most extreme and demanding conditions. The system is designed with a bayonet and cartridge mechanism, allowing the dial to pop off and back on in high-impact situations without causing destructive damage. Wherever life takes you, BOA® won't let you down — in fact, they guarantee it. The BOA® Fit System is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product on which it is integrated.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If a product is found to be defective by ThirtyTwo, in its sole discretion, ThirtyTwo's only responsibility shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

In the event that an exact product replacement (model, size, and/or color) is no longer available, we may replace your product with one of comparable performance, size, and value. This also applies to replacement parts.

Repaired items are subject to available parts. We will do our best to match colors and styles, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same product back.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

Customers or Dealers (as appropriate) are responsible for the shipping charges to submit products for warranty inspection. Return shipping costs for valid claims will be covered by ThirtyTwo.

Your product does not need to be registered for warranty, but you will need a valid proof of purchase from an Authorized ThirtyTwo Dealer to pursue your warranty claim.
